Chiropractic care for children is as critical as it is for adults.  Jumping, running, twisting and falling are all a part of the normal play that puts stress on a child's body and introduces them to injury.  Additional stress from competitive sports and heavy school backpacks at a time when the spine and bones are growing, creates a situation for your child to endure unnecessary pain that can disrupt their lives and be a source of other health symptoms and conditions.

Children who had a difficult birth, suffer from physical ailments or have difficulties with vision, learning or behavior should be seen for a complete chiropractic exam.   A doctor of chiropractic may be able to diagnose an underlying cause of symptoms or behaviors and offer a drug-free treatment to correct the problem.

Chiropractic care for children participating in sports enhances performance and helps to reduce injuries.  Our doctors help the child to have better muscle control and how to prevent injuries.

Chiropractors are trained to detect risk factors for numerous diseases and conditions.  One of the conditions that your pre-teen child should be screened for on an annual basis, is scoliosis.

If you can answer yes to any one of these questions, you should schedule your child for a complete chiropractic evaluation.
If any of these questions relate to your child you need to schedule a complete consultation, today. Delay can cause conditions to worsen or lead to unnecessary suffering for your child.
Our doctors at Lindsey Chiropractic Care are trained to look for the underlying cause of ailments and offer drug-free treatments and solutions.
More than 700,000 children under the age of 15 are taken to the hospital emergency room for treatment of sports-related injuries. Children between the ages 11-15 account for 55% of all sports-related injuries that require hospitalization.
